3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipments are handled by third-party carriers, and Bigfoot Packaging is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by them. 4. Production

Production starts only after you approve the final production sheet. Delays in approval can affect delivery timelines. While we aim to meet estimated schedules, production may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including supply chain issues, equipment problems, or vendor delays. We may fulfill orders locally or from overseas facilities, depending on availability and logistics.

5. Pricing & Costs

All pricing may change due to fluctuations in materials, labor, or design costs. We reserve the right to update prices accordingly.

6. Customs & International Shipments

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments. Bigfoot Packaging cannot be held responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds or returns are only approved after inspection. Damages caused during shipping are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are issued only for verified manufacturing defects. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Artwork & Graphics

Artwork submitted must be in CMYK color format, 1:1 scale, and at least 300 DPI. Errors due to incorrect file format or resolution are not our responsibility.

9. Color Accuracy

Minor color variations may occur due to differences in screens or printing processes. These are normal and do not qualify for reprints or refunds.

10. Payments

We accept:

• Credit Cards (via Stripe for U.S. customers)
• Wire Transfers (for international customers)

11. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. All sales are final.

12. Reprints

If a verified issue arises, we will provide a replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to reprints.
