At Bigfoot Packaging, our goal is to ensure that every order reaches our customers across the United States safely, efficiently, and within the promised timeframe. The information below outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities.

Free Shipping Within the United States

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all custom packaging orders delivered within the United States. The price quoted for custom orders already includes standard shipping costs, so customers do not need to worry about hidden delivery charges.

If you require priority or expedited shipping, additional shipping fees may apply. Any extra charges will be communicated and confirmed with you before the order is shipped.

For items purchased directly through our online store, shipping charges may vary. These flat shipping rates are displayed with each product during checkout.

Production and Delivery Time

Our typical production and delivery period is approximately 12–15 business days, which begins once the final artwork or digital proof has been approved by the client.

While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, production schedules may occasionally vary depending on order complexity and volume. Regardless, our team remains committed to delivering high-quality packaging products within the expected timeframe.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of order placement.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information, the package may be returned to Bigfoot Packaging. Any additional shipping charges required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Uncollected Shipments

In the event that a shipment is refused or not collected at the delivery address, it may be returned to our facility.

If the customer requests the order to be shipped again, reshipping costs will apply and must be covered by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Although Bigfoot Packaging works closely with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in situations beyond our control. Delays may occur due to:

  • Issues or delays from courier and logistics providers
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters

Under such circumstances, Bigfoot Packaging cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
