At Big Foot Packaging, we take pride in producing high-quality custom packaging products tailored to your specifications. As all of our products are custom-made, we have a strict refund policy in place.

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damage and your order number
• We will review the case and may offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion

4. Incorrect Orders

If we make an error in size, design, quantity, or printing that differs from the approved proof, we will take full responsibility and reprint or refund as appropriate.

5. Color Variations

Please note: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and printing methods, slight color variations are normal and not considered defects.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries once the order has been shipped on time from our side.
