Refund Policy

1 - Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be a verified manufacturing defect, such as incorrect dimensions, wrong material, or printing that does not match the approved proof.
  • The customer must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The request must include clear photographs of the defect along with the order number.

Important Notes:

  • Any damage caused during shipping is not covered, as deliveries are handled by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Minor color differences resulting from screen displays or standard printing variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

2 - Reprints or Replacements

If our team confirms a production error, Bigfoot Packaging may offer a complimentary reprint for the affected items.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs associated with replacement orders may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • A reprint will not be issued if the delivered product falls within normal industry quality standards.

3 - Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for issues including, but not limited to:

  • Color variations caused by monitor settings or standard printing tolerances
  • Mistakes in artwork, text, or layout provided by the customer
  • Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities
  • Damage that occurs during transit
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices after artwork approval

4 - Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun.

Once the final artwork or production proof has been approved and manufacturing has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

5 - International Orders & Customs

For shipments delivered outside the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.
  • Bigfoot Packaging is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs processing.

6 - Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (via Stripe for U.S. customers)
  • Wire Transfer

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
